Web and Chatbot Services Provided

  1. Web Design and Hosting:
    • Development and hosting of websites with basic functionality.
  2. Chatbot Development:
    • Integration of AI-driven chatbots for customer service and automation.
  3. Security and Disclaimer:
    • Standard security measures, such as SSL certificates and updates, are implemented.
    • High-Risk Sites: For high-security needs, additional software or services are recommended.

MTC and Affiliate companies  are not responsible for data breaches, cyberattacks, or operational losses.

Ownership and Use of Chatbot Data

All data, interactions, and conversations conducted through chatbots and related services provided by MTC and Affiliate companies are the exclusive property of MTC. By using our chatbot services, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Ownership of Conversations:
    All text, queries, responses, interactions, and associated data generated or collected through MTC’s chatbots are the sole property of MTC. This includes data collected from both public and client-specific implementations.
  2. Use of Data:
    MTC and Affiliate companies  may use the data collected through chatbot services for the purposes of:
    • Improving service performance. Enhancing chatbot functionality. Developing new features and offerings.
    Personal data will always be managed in compliance with MTC and its Affiliates ’s Privacy Policy.
  3. Client-Specific Data:
    For chatbots implemented for specific clients, MTC retains ownership of the underlying chatbot architecture and any general data. Client-specific branding, configurations, or content remain the intellectual property of the client unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.
  4. Prohibited Use:
    Users may not access, reproduce, or redistribute chatbot data or services provided by MTC and Affiliate companies for unauthorized purposes. Any such action will result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action.
  5. Retention and Security of Data:
    MTC and Affiliate companies retain chatbot data as per its internal data retention policies or as required by applicable law. Although MTC and Affiliate companies apply industry-standard security measures to protect this data, users acknowledge that no storage or transmission method is completely secure, and Management Tech Consulting LLC and its DBA companies are not liable for unauthorized access beyond its control.
  6. Limitation of Liability:
    MTC and Affiliate companies shall not be held responsible for the misuse of chatbot data or interactions caused by user error, improper implementation, or third-party activities outside its control.

Project Costs and Payments

  1. Service Costs:
    • Project costs will be outlined in an invoice or Statement of Work.
  2. Payment Terms:
    • A 25% deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due upon project completion.
  3. Additional Services:
    • Services requested outside the scope of the original agreement will incur additional charges.
  4. Hosting and Maintenance Fees:
    • Hosting is billed annually, with fees detailed in the invoice.

Client Responsibility:

The Client is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards for data protection and cybersecurity.

Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 Ownership of Deliverables:


Upon full payment of all project costs, the Client will own the final website design and associated deliverables.

3.2 Licensing:

Any third-party software or tools used in the project remain subject to the licensing terms of the respective software providers.

Termination and Cancellation

4.1 Termination by MTC reserves the right to terminate this Agreement for non-payment, breach of terms, or misuse of services by the Client.

4.2 Termination by Client:

The Client may terminate the Agreement by providing written notice and paying for services rendered up to the termination date.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds are not processed on any services already rendered.

Stop Payment: Issuing a stop payment, chargeback, reversal, or payment cancellation is considered theft and may lead to legal action to recover fees and costs.
